At Vaha Engineering Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality engineering services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Services (Engineering, Consulting, Design & Installation)
Due to the technical and customized nature of our engineering services:

Payments made for consultation, design, software development, technical drawings, feasibility studies, or engineering advisory services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus administrative and processing fees.

If cancellation occurs after project initiation, refunds will be calculated based on the portion of work completed.
2. Custom-Made or Fabricated Products

Custom-built, fabricated, or specially ordered equipment is non-refundable once production has started.

If cancellation occurs before production begins, a partial refund may be granted after deducting material procurement and administrative costs.
3. Standard Products & Equipment
For non-custom, standard equipment:

Refund requests must be made within [7–14 days] of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Project-Based Contracts
For large-scale engineering projects governed by signed contracts:
